Mitek Ensenta New Version Update Mitek Ensenta has been upgraded to a newer version, delivering performance and reliability improvements to the mobile check deposit experience. While members should not notice functional changes, this update strengthens long‑term stability and platform support.
Pulsate iOS Updates Minor refinements have been applied to the Pulsate iOS experience to align with current platform standards, helping ensure a smoother and more consistent experience across supported iOS devices.
Android Experience Terms Screen User Icon Refresh The Android Terms & Conditions screen now features an updated user icon. This visual enhancement improves clarity and delivers a more modern, consistent experience—especially for users accessing accounts with multiple user types, such as personal and business, and throughout acknowledgment processes.
Account History Button Layout Enhancements The updated button layout within Account History improves visibility and usability, making it easier for members to quickly access common actions while reviewing their transactions.
Pulsate Messaging New Message Widget A new messaging widget has been introduced in Pulsate, featuring a cleaner, more modern layout that helps important messages stand out and encourages engagement.
Personalized Greeting Full Account Name Display Greeting messages now support displaying a member’s full account name, creating a more personalized and welcoming Digital Banking experience.
Members can personalize their greeting by selecting a preferred name after signing in. To make this change, go to the mobile account screen and scroll down to the bottom to find the Customize option.
